How Is My Fleet Data Secured?

Every database query is scoped to your organisation, so one customer's data simply cannot reach another's. The certificates we use to manage your devices stay encrypted on our servers and are never sent to a phone or laptop. All traffic is encrypted end to end.

What Devices Does Fleetira Manage?

Macs, iPads and iPhones — anything running macOS, iPadOS or iOS. That covers company-owned devices set up through Apple Business Manager, supervised devices shipped pre-configured to your team and personal devices brought from home in user-enrolment (BYOD) mode. Windows, Android and Linux are not supported.

Can I Migrate From Jamf, Kandji Or Mosyle?

Yes. In most cases devices can re-enrol through Apple Business Manager without a wipe, and we will help import your existing profiles, app catalogues and group structures so you do not have to rebuild any of the configuration work you have already done.

Does Fleetira Need An Agent Installed On Every Device?

No third-party agent is needed. Fleetira talks to devices through Apple's own management channel, so there is no extra software to install, update or troubleshoot. Small Mac helpers exist for tasks Apple does not cover natively, like deep scripting, and they are entirely opt-in per profile.
